One thing is for certain: 2021 was the year of the Cultivator. It was a year of people advancing change around them and making their organizations better. Talent was more empowered in 2021 than ever before. And while for some companies, that meant dealing with the fallout from The Great Resignation, at others it meant seeing their talent grow, develop, and make an even greater impact.

As an empowerment company, our greatest responsibility is to the people who show up at work every day wanting to make their organizations better. People like you. We're unwaveringly committed to helping people like you advance change.

Whether you hang out with us in the Cultivators Community to sharpen your ideas, or you've participated in some of our learning programs this year, or we've been working with you on bigger strategic initiatives at your company, we're grateful to you for your desire to challenge the status quo. And we're grateful that we get to be the lighter fluid on the fires that you start.

I've taken great pleasure in seeing our team at Cultivate grow this year, as we've welcomed new talent into the organization that expands our capabilities and the kinds of things that we get to offer. Thanks for taking a moment to reflect with me as we look back on just a few highlights from 2021.
